Donnellson Health Center is a Medicare/Medicaid certified and licensed 65 bed facility providing Intermediate and Skilled nursing care. We offer long-term and short-term care with a full range of medical services by a qualified and dedicated staff.
Donnellson Health Center offers both private and semi-private accommodations. Residents and families alike can have peace of mind knowing every room is linked to an emergency call system. Our conscientious, caring staff is always here to lend a helping hand.
Our facility offers access to a wide range of services for individuals recovering from surgery, an illness or injury, as well as those who have chosen to make this their home. Some of the specialized services require a physician’s order. We can assist you with making arrangements for payment for these services, either through direct payment, Medicare/Medicaid, or your personal insurance.
In-house hair care services are provided by a local beautician. Residents and families can schedule appointments and make payment arrangements directly with the hair care professional. The hair care facility is also available to families who wish to personally provide hair care for their family member, but they need permission from the beautician. encouraged to participate in a variety of scheduled and spontaneous activities which promote physical and emotional well-being.
